To update more quickly, restart OneDrive manually.
It can take up to 24 hours for your account to be moved to Insiders. Under About Microsoft OneDrive, select the checkbox to join the OneDrive Insiders preview. You need to be on the OneDrive Standalone version (which you can find on the OneDrive release notes) in order to use the Apple silicon preview version of OneDrive. Under Pre-release builds, select Get ARM64 build. Select the cloud icon on the taskbar. A blue cloud icon will open OneDrive for work or school, and a white cloud icon will open OneDrive for home. Join the Office Insider program or the Windows Insider program. You need to be in the Office Insider program or Windows Insider program to use the ARM64 version of OneDrive.
